Golf Operations at Swan Lake Golf Club

Before you reserve your tee times, please note if you are booking Weekend & Holiday tee times after 2:00 PM you are NOT guaranteed a golf cart. We will offer carts based on availability.

The golf cart fee is based on two players sharing a cart. If you want to ride by yourself and we have carts available, there will be an additional golf cart charge. 

  • Collared Shirts Required.
  • No athletic pants or sweatpants.
  • Every Rider must have their own set of clubs and a purchased greens fee ticket.
  • Please pay attention to our 48-hour cancellation refund & rain check policy.
  • Golf Carts are available and will be charged at the course based on availability.

ALCOHOL CANNOT BE BROUGHT ONTO THE CLUB’S PROPERTY. THIS INCLUDES THE GOLF COURSE AND PARKING LOT. NO COOLERS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. COOLERS WITH ALCOHOL WILL BE SUBJECT TO CONFISCATION.

  • Water coolers have been removed from the course.
  • Payments will be by Credit, Debit Cards, or cash.
  • Reservations can be made from our website or our iPhone or Android App.

 

IMPORTANT RESERVATION, BOOKING FEE, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Before booking your tee time, please carefully review the following policies.

Rain Checks & Gift Certificates

If you have a Rain Check or Gift Certificate, please do not book online. You must call the Pro Shop to make your reservation.

Afternoon Tee Times

Before booking afternoon tee times, please be aware of sunset times and that all golf carts must be returned 30 minutes before sunset. If there is not enough daylight remaining to complete 18 holes, please book a 9-hole round instead.

Weekends & Holidays

  • 18-hole tee times with a golf cart are available before 2:00 PM.
  • Walking is not permitted before 2:00 PM (“No Walking”).
  • Posted rates are for green fees only.
  • Golf carts are $20.00 per person and may be added at check-in.
  • Limited 9-hole rounds with a golf cart may be available on the back nine until 6:57 AM.

Check-In Requirements

All players must check in at the Pro Shop at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.

Player & Group Policies Groups are limited to a maximum of four (4) players.

  • No spectators are permitted on the golf course.
  • Every player must have their own golf bag and clubs. Sharing equipment is not permitted.
  • Every person on the golf course must pay the applicable green fee.
  • Any player riding in a golf cart must also pay the applicable cart fee.

Golf Cart Responsibility

Golf cart renters are responsible for any damage caused to the cart during their rental period. If damage occurs, Swan Lake Golf Club will contact the responsible party. If the individual fails to respond, refuses responsibility, or does not cooperate, Swan Lake Golf Club reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for repair costs.

Pairing Policy

Groups with fewer than four players may be paired with other golfers. Swan Lake Golf Club reserves the right to adjust tee times by a few minutes when necessary.

Refunds Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy

More Than 48 Hours Before Tee Time
Starting June 2026 Refunds will now include a 5% cancellation fee therefore refunds will be issued back to the customer at 95% of the paid fees.  To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tee time by calling or visiting the Pro Shop during daylight hours.

Cancellations and changes cannot be made through the website or by email.

Within 48 Hours of Tee Time
Reservations cancelled or modified within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Instead, the Pro Shop may:

  • Move your reservation to another available date, or
  • Issue a Rain Check valid for play during the current season.

Please note that if a reservation has already been rescheduled once, any subsequent cancellation will only be eligible for a Rain Check and not a refund.

Rain Check Policy

Rain Checks will only be issued when:

  • The Pro Shop receives at least two (2) hours advance notice, or
  • Swan Lake Golf Club closes the course due to hazardous weather or unsafe course conditions.

Rain Checks will not be issued:

  • At check-in if advance notice was not provided.
  • Because a player decides not to play after arriving.
  • When tee times cannot be resold due to insufficient notice.

Course Play Policy

All 18-hole players must:

  • Start on Hole #1 at their assigned tee time.
  • Play all holes in order. If you skip holes or jump around you will be ask to leave the golf course.

Golfers who skip holes, jump ahead, or play additional holes without permission may be asked to leave the property.

No Refunds or Rain Checks

Refunds and Rain Checks will not be issued for any reason not specifically outlined in these policies.
